I don’t know if it was a glitch or expected behaviour, but many years ago there was an ad from, if I remember correctly Adobe, that loaded its own JavaScript that did tracking stuff. I emailed you about it and you had an excuse, probably a quite reasonable one. But that means that there was at least one occasion.
