This year, as a joint Bday present (our birthdays are a week and a half apart) @wplalonde and I have gotten ourselves an air fryer!
We already have several recipes queued up to try, but I figured I’d widen the pool...
What are your personal favorite vegetarian air fryer recipes?

@Alien_Sunset @wplalonde polenta nuggets - make polenta and cut it into small cubes after it is set up, spray with oil and air fry
