A huntsman spider that’s been living in the house for about 2 weeks literally just dropped onto my pillow next to my cheek 5 minutes after I got into bed.
Why, I don’t know, but he consequently got a faceful of lavender spray - and then passed out. Now lying under a bowl in the loungeroom.

@mativity You let him live there for 2 weeks and then got all uppity when he came for a goodnight hug. It sounds like you might have been the problem here.
