Wow. Just completed a post-service survey that included the ability to update contact information. Multiple 'send' clicks were responded with an intercept demanding all fields be completed first. Finally figured out what was missing: a landline number. You know, that thing many of us no longer bother paying premium fees for on the off-chance we're home when someone tries to call. 😳🙄😂 #UX #UIX #data
