I need to watch the talk again as I didn't catch all of it, but I really enjoyed the speaker's focus on internet governance though the lens of the inclusion of underrepresented, non-techy, non-male, non-white, non-occidental populations.
Highly recommend watching it (and I hope my mixing made it justice, my camera angels did great work!).
