If "Copilot is for entertainment purposes only" (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot/for-individuals/termsofuse) then will HMRC require UK employers giving their workers Copilot subscriptions to treat it as a P11D taxable benefit in kind?

Although I note that URL says "for individuals", I wonder where the corporate subscription ToS is... 🤔
