Question: Suggestions of weather apps for Android? I prefer the officials (from meteorological offices/institutes), but I also prefer they being open source (or having the apk file published to be downloaded). For the moment I didn&#39;t find any. Either, among the @fdroidorg weather apps, which do you recommend. I see many use @openmeteo. Some app among these? Thanks! #weather #climate #android #meteo

@IGVazquez@social.vivaldi.net @fdroidorg@floss.social @openmeteo@fosstodon.org Currently i use Breezy Weather (A powerful, open-source Material Design weather app.) https://f-droid.org/packages/org.breezyweather/ There were other nice apps in the past, but after the change regarding #OpenWeatherMap, for me no longer useful. Using more #OpenMeteo now. See also @nordwetter@mastodonien.de

@IGVazquez@social.vivaldi.net I use Cirrus. Bura is also very good. I prefer Cirrus though. It's more old school. :) Cirrus is a fork of the app I had for years that uaed to run with the OpenWeather API. Well ... which is not so open.
