    This article really struck a cord because in almost every employer I've had over the last few years - onboarding has been the thing they constantly fail on. My previous employer literally threw me into the worst office politics within the first two weeks, which eventually lead me to burn out really badly. Even my current one wasn't great (although we got passed it and I'm now at least trying to do something about it)
