currently rewatching a series of unfortunate events, and oof, this exchange hits me every time

also ough. the Olaf disguised as Shirley part. sigh now I’ll have to forget that again. and then I get reminded how much the netflix adaptation made the portrayal of The Henchperson Of Indeterminate Gender less shitty and ough even more and then I opened Handler’s wiki page to see if he’s otherwise a dipshit as well, and I saw the #MeToo section and oh no, oh no no no well. another screen adaptation of a Hatsune Miku novel I guess. she sure gets adapted a lot. sigh. as someone who enjoyed Coraline a lot, I guess it could’ve been much worse in magnitude. but holy shit.
