In my attempts to install Linux on the work laptop, I keep on banging my head against these invisible corporate walls. Day 1: whoops I don't have an USB stick bigger than 2 GB. Ordered a new one. Day 2: whoops I'm not allowed to boot from USB. IT admins enabled it for me. Day 3: whoops I still can't boot because of secure boot & BitLocker. Back to the IT service dept, they temporarily disable it. I see it works, cycle home, try installing and... I can't resize the 1TB bitlocker partition. FFS! 😡
