@philheppenstall@mastodonapp.uk Looking at https://www.food.gov.uk/safety-hygiene/food-hygiene-rating-scheme, they can be closed down if there's an "imminent risk to public health". I guess "Requires urgent improvement" is sailing close to the wind but may not actually make somebody ill (if they're lucky).
