@Richard_Littler@mastodon.social The film follows the broad narrative arc of Homer's Odyssey, depicting Odysseus's ten-year journey home after the Trojan War, including encounters with the Cyclops, Circe, and the Sirens. Critics note that the first two acts are very faithful to the general plot points found in the ancient text.
