We had hosted a kid from there and ours was staying with his family a few months later. Their teacher for the trip had expressly told them not to bring or wear clothes with US flags because it would be thought inappropriate there. One yeehaw girl showed up at the airport in a coat with a huge flag on the back. 🙄 The teacher was not happy.
