- The exact length of the trial.
- Whether payment details are required at sign-up.
- The price charged when the trial ends.
- The date or timing of the first renewal.
- How a customer can cancel before being charged.
Sign-up fees need the same clarity. A one-time setup fee makes sense for onboarding, account configuration, or initial physical fulfillment. Explain why it exists and show it separately from the recurring price when possible. (18/39)

Also decide how cancellations work. A customer may be able to cancel immediately, cancel at the end of the current paid period, or request cancellation from support. The best approach depends on your service, but the policy should be consistent with your product page and terms. Do not treat renewal language as a minor detail. Customers are more likely to trust a subscription business when they can understand the complete financial commitment before checkout. (19/39)
