For some time, I've wanted to try and replicate how my #ocular #migraine episodes look to me. This is a rough approximation (and your computer fans will eventually spin because it's garbage code) but it is pretty close: basically a screen crack where each shard changes colour randomly all the time, which moves as you look around. It is luckily rare and short, but still, I wish I wasn't so dang online that even my sight glitched!

Just realised my wall of text hides everything on mobile lol. Slapped on a close button, all typed via my phone. CodePen is definitely better on mobile with v2!

@chriskirknielsen I don’t have this colorful "boomerang" in my ocular migraine episodes, it’s more like seeing through a moving water layer, making everything blurry and constantly changing. 🤷♂️
