I’ve got to go for an ultrasound tomorrow and have been told to drink 2 pints of water an hour before the appointment and not go to the loo until after the scan.
This is causing me ridiculous anxiety, knowing how the NHS is prone to delays… 😬

@paulos@dice.camp I initially read that as ‘two pints of water an hour’, every hour, between now and then. I was imagining it seeping through your pores.
