variables; - only have access to 1 of 2 reflux meds, currently - very safe food day otherwise; followed this up with another handful of safe food - high protein day, high exercise day - had to drink water afterwards to consume other meds (worsens it) - must lay down quite immediately to sleep (worsens it) remind me to see how i feel in the morning! hooray! 💤!
