It doesn’t have to be a child-eating commie red place (/s), just somewhere where I can express my dissatisfaction with Europe/Nato/west without being banned. And no, unfortunately kolektiva is not one of them.

I don’t use Mastodon but i think toots.matapacos.dog is the unofficial hexbear mastodon instance? I’ve seen a communist or two on wetdry.world which have their own cool fork of mastodon, you might want to look into that too. Also it’s surprising and disappointing to hear that about kolektiva.social :/ do you have an example?

Seem to be a preponderance on the shitposting-oriented instances.
