@livinghell Yes, indeed, he was wrong about that -- Cobain's lyrics are top-notch! I think this is a common response from great lyricists, maybe because they get asked about it so often. Even Bob Dylan said early on that "a bunch of years from now a bunch of assholes are gonna be writing about the shit I write. I don't know where the fuck it comes from. I don't know what it's about. But they're gonna write what it's about" -- at least according to Joan Baez. He changed his mind later, though.
