1. I quite enjoy teaching. Totally agree with @synte, it is truly the best way to learn! I think me and Nadya both leart a lot today. 2. Getting people to do the survey is really difficult. 3. I forgot to let everyone introduce themselves. Damn. 4. It’s easy to forget many things when organising an event, such as taking photos or handing out materials. Maybe I should clearly write down everything that needs to be done. 5. When I invite people to present their work, some may feel shy. Preparing small gifts to bribe them might be helpful. 6. I’m easily influenced by my previous knowledge and often forget points I should mention (like how to comment code!!). This is especially important to keep in mind when running workshops for beginners. 7. Projecting in two opposite directions within a limited space is very helpful (like in the photo). People can sit anywhere without crowding.
