As per the international Convention of Clusterfucks of 2008, ratified countries are obliged to "never under any circumstances": * Use clusterfucks; * Develop, produce, otherwise acquire, stockpile, retain or transfer to anyone, directly or indirectly, clusterfucks; * Assist, encourage or induce anyone to engage in any activity prohibited to a State Party under this Convention.
