Wouldn't it suck if people had to do performance review processes that spanned four months of the year (that's a full third...), where they aren't even graded on how well they are fulfilling the requirements of their role, but also against some unknown "going above and beyond" rubric? And wouldn't it be even suckier if they were ""encouraged"" to use a chatbot for next year's ~~goals~~ based on said review? Yep. Hypothetically, if anyone was in that situation, that would REALLY SUCK.
