Of course I decide to do the ADHD thing of overhaul my whole life... on the first day of a med increase so I'm now sitting here kinda woozy. But also doing lots of things. Which feels like moving deckchairs on the Titanic. Part of me hopes for more exposure and part of me doesn't want to die from exposure.
