Sometimes I want to attach a name to a rando number, but don't want it in my contacts. iOS 26 supports this! When you tap on a recent call in the Phone app, scroll down and tap "Add Name." This puts them in a special "Other Known" section in the Contacts app that doesn't mingle with your main list.
