I cannot understand why anyone would prefer having their knowledgebase and support in #Discord vs. hosting their own web accessible forum. You cannot find any of the content that is hidden in Discord if you are not on Discord. For example #nigthingale has a lot of great content in Discord and mostly outdated crappy content outside of it. This is peak closed web 😞
