It's now a couple of weeks since I installed CachyOS. There is A LOT of work that went into this distro, especially on the installation front. I love that it offers you a selection of desktop environments, as well as a selection of software packages (Office, graphics, audio & video, etc). You just click a box, continue with the install, and how do ya do! I went with Cinnamon as my DE. Steam works beautifully! I was able to get Elder Scrolls Online working. It looks better than it did on Mint with the Cinnamon DE. Everything is so quick and smooth. I still have a good bit to learn. I'm not super Linux savy, and especially with Arch. But this is a good thing. It gets me out of my comfort zone with Ubuntu derivatives, and into something new. #Linux #CachyOS
