I went to the flixbus terminal with my gf to tell her goodbye on her trip. I am quote envious coz she's gonna breakfast in Hamburg at my favorite restaurant and I yearn for some good food (Brussels just sucks food wise). Anyways as its quite late my options for getting home are quite limited. I planned to stay the night on a friends couch but I don't wanna so I run to the metro to make my way home. I go to the wrong platform, the tram goes in the wrong direction so I go to the other direction. After a bit I notice that my "metro" is being suspiciously above ground and I have no idea where tf I am. I jump out n try to orient myself. I was in the wrong tram somehow.... I find a connection to go to some random stop to them take a bus and walk an hour. I could also stay at another friends on the way maybe... signal broke today so I have little way of contacting her. a tram comes and I'm unsure if its the right one. I don't get on. it was the right one. some wandering around I decide to try scooters but bolt wants me to verify my age and I have no Id on me. OK fuck it then. I take the next best (last) tram, ride to terminus. two hours walking isn't thaaaat much! tldr: why tf doesn't Brussels have any public transit after midnight?
