The Houtis have joined their "Islamic Brothers" in the war against US/Israel, and attacked Israel with missiles yesterday. This means that the Bab Al-Mandab Strait will likely be closed as well as Hormuz, meaning that oil exports through Saudi Arabia Yanbu oil terminal harbor will likely stop. Iran thus now controls marine traffic to and from most of the Arab world, and the impact on world economy is going to be extremely severe. Thanks Trump, well done.

@mok0 They can still go through Suez, but that's definitely the long way round when going to Asia.
