It seems that Google caved in under user backlash and presented us with the "advanced flow" for installing apps on #Android from unverified developers (=developers who value their privacy and rather pay 100$ for something meaningful). The flow is still a major pain in the ass, since it requires a 24-hour waiting period, but at the very least, you should be able to do it once and then never again. I understand Google's "reasoning" behind this wait window, but something reasonable, such as 1 hour would suffice.
