Yesterday, someone (whose name I forgot), at a conference, mentioned that there had been a debate in Norway about the planned building of a datacenter, because the public became aware that it would be used by a private millionaire/billionaire for activity that was not of any societal interest. Does anybody know about this case? I'm really interested in cases on how public bodies get insight into specific activity/content on specific datacenters.
