I don't think there's a specific word for that in english. If something like that happens when you're dealing with the service industry or the government, sometimes we call it "customer service voice" or "bureaucratese"

funny thing is.. LLM did it, because it didn't want to explore beyond its lefty woman teachings.. i feel karen-ed. Although i walk away from non functional conversations irl no problem.
