The FTC Chairman has warned Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe that their continued violation of the Guaranteeing Fair Banking executive order will result in regulatory action. Many are celebrating this as a victory for gaming. It is in a way, but the executive order doesn't apply to gaming.
