I may be misunderstanding this. AIUI, the USA has "at will" employment laws, where an employer can, "at will" terminate an employment contract.
Twitter (later "X") was employed by (various) to present adverts to people.
"At will", they terminated these contracts.
So, Twitter/X/Musk's case, as a fired employee is ...?
Or is he trying to overturn US employment law practice? Which would ... be odd.
