Despite offloading home assistant and a bunch of other stuff to an external hdd and despite having a UPS to stop power interrupts on write, my Pi’s SD card was corrupted yet again!
This time I’m not going back to sd cards at all. I ordered an external high speed ssd that I’ll run off.
I don’t even know why they suggest using sd cards for pis at all. They’re garbage for running a computer on.

@tommertron I went to an Lenovo tiny running proxmox exactly for that reason! Homeassistant has never been that stable and fast - and power usage is minimal as well.
