Also yesterday I learned a colleague of mine has left teaching physics and is studying at a local (to him) community college to become a paramedic! Totally blew me away! He's an award winning physics instructor (non-PhD like me) with even some NASA grants under his belt and decided to do something new. Makes me feel great about taking the job at the diner as a side hustle. #ITeachPhysics #Careers
