I'm not convinced that adding an AGENTS.md file will change much: https://github.com/bottlepy/bottle/blob/master/AGENTS.md
But at least I can now close PRs that break those rules and not feel bad about it. Banning someone because of some unwritten rule does not feel right. Now the rules are written down. That makes it a lot easier for me.

It worked, in a way. I can now identify AI slop easier and also just refer to the agents.md while closing PRs without having to explain the same issues over and over again.
