There is never a viable business where security must be sacrificed to obtain profitability. Over and over again I’ve watched business owners sacrifice security to obtain convenience.

@fifonetworks@infosec.exchange Sacrificing security for convenience might be a legitimate choice, though a foolish one. But yeah, if you can't be profitable while also prioritizing security, your business isn't viable, just like if you can't pay your employees decently and remain profitable. But the real reason I'm replying is off-topic: I love the slide rule shirt!
