The end of the presumption of regularity is so long overdue but also so welcome. I know that part of why judges extended it for so long was because of the supreme court's shenanigans, and maybe they'll still get bitten later by Trump's pets telling them that they have to assume regularity no matter how absurd it is. It is refreshing to hear that judges will now assume by default ICE counsel is lying, though.
