Ruby Central has forcefully taken control of the RubyGems organization on GitHub, the `rubygems-update` and `bundler` gems on rubygems[.]org, and more. The RubyGems and Bundler teams — including myself — have had their GitHub access taken away aside from a small number of people working for Ruby Central. Due to this hostile takeover, I am resigning from my position at Ruby Central. I refuse to be associated with this.

@puppy Does Ruby Central have the expertise and resources to maintain RubyGems. I made a donation once to rubygems, but being just a weekend hobbyist had to look up Ruby Central to find out who they were. Our build infrastructure is now a conference organiser?
