#WritersCoffeeClub 28/3: Do you ever sacrifice blunt clarity for prose that flows well? Nope. I hope that my books don't contain either of those. Blunt clarity sounds awful and prose that flows sounds like it has no purpose. The trick is thinking the story meant to be expressed and letting the words find themselves, then reading it over and over and adjusting till the story sings through, but goodness, not bluntly!
