Ck2 has an overhaul mod for vampire the masquerade called prince of darkness. It’s pretty cool having your characters live hundreds of years learning new skills/spells and diablorizing to get closer to a 1st generation vampire. Having your personal herd to feed off of and turning loyal members into full fledged vampires. Theres a new masquerade meter that fills if you flaunt your vampire tendencies too much and can lead to some nasty events (crusade against your kingdom, riots etc)
It takes a little getting used to but is super fun

Just to add there's also the CK2 Warhammer mod which while intensive on the computer is quite good.
