@SafeStreetsIndy@hoosier.social could have sworn that I have seen this interception multiple times, why has there been zero effort at traffic mitigation on #indianapolis city councils part?

@Emmeline@hoosier.social The satellite image has a low resolution, so I can't see, if the streets leading to it have 2 or 4 lanes each.
