Phone call out of the blue from car dealer about organising a service. Changed location, date, various sundry questions, all in Portuguese, all with no more stress than had it been in English (which given I hadn't taken my Elvanse yet is a very low bar). Even a year ago that would have been unthinkable. Something has "clicked".
