If a project has some minor releases during the year, and a lot of patch releases, like at least one per month, what do you think it means about the project's health?

@pierstoval Assuming most of your readers are also SEs you'll most certainly have strong bias in the answers. I wonder how non-SEs would view the lots of patches part, provided they care at all. I suspect they would not.
