It was actually not too traumatic. At my kitchen sink, nice plastic bag handy. Paper towels. All clean.
And then I had this bag.

To all of the haters. I completely agree with you. This is gross. Obviously, I was pretty drunk. Those are Ramen noodles, cookies, and bar chickenstrips and fries. And a couple shots of rum. And some beer. PBR. I was celebrating passing my CCNA. I did a damn good job of celebrating. Over the top.
