I have no actual advice regarding the symptoms you’re experiencing - but I absolutely and completely suggest doing everything in your power to see someone outside of the VA. Anecdotally, I’ve been going through my VA for something entirely different and them not knowing how to treat younger women or listen to them has cost my health significantly. Please try to get out of the thumb of the VA if possible.
