Check the following:
- Is the page publicly accessible without a login?
- Does the target link point to the correct destination?
- Is the link present in the intended editorial context?
- Does the surrounding article make sense for the target audience?
- Is the page readable, original, and more than a thin collection of keywords?
- Does the publisher appear to maintain the site rather than publish only promotional material? (20/40)

- Are there suspicious patterns, such as excessive unrelated outbound links or near-duplicate pages? - Is the anchor text natural within the sentence? Save the live URL, publication date, target URL, anchor text, publisher category, and review outcome. A simple spreadsheet is enough for many teams. Agencies may also record the client, campaign, approval status, and replacement history. (21/40)
