He said that the truth was being suppressed and the only way to find out what was going on was social media. I told him that there were a few extremists in anything. There are some Muslim extremists but also some far right British extremists. He then told me that he thought that there were no far right British extremists, it was media propaganda, it was just people exercising free speech. He went on to say that in a lot of cities the Muslims had taken over and British were unwelcome. I told him that I had just been down to visit my daughter in Bradford, and the area she lives in is at least 50% from Asian heritage, mostly Muslim. She gets on fine with her neighbours who are nice people. I used to work in Bradford and had a lot of nice colleagues who were Muslim. (continued).
