LinkedIn is the place where you learn about friends becoming completely poisoned by "crypto" or "ai" bullshit like Facebook was the place where you learned people you knew in high school became christian fundamentalists or anti-vaxxers or nazis or whathaveyou.

@swetland I was told after leaving Apple that Linkedin was the place you used to find your next gig and stay in touch with work friends. A few decades and a member of the Axis of Slopware Evil buying it and now it is a waste of time. I haven't been able to log in for a long time now since I refuse to verify my identity. All my interesting friends dropped off a long time ago.
