Does anyone know how screen readers handle things like brand names where they mash multiple words together with no spaces? For instance, "Siteimprove" or "NebulaOne"? Does it make a difference if they use capital letters? I assume it is pretty straightforward when it's 2 hard sounds (such as "WordPress") but softer sounds, especially vowels.
